Indian Origin Green Coffee Cupping Event at KW Coffee Collective

India Coffee Company recently hosted an Indian-origin green coffee cupping at KW Coffee Collective in Kitchener.

The session was set up as a working, comparative table, bringing together coffees across regions, species, and processing approaches. Rather than a guided tasting or presentation-led format, the table was designed to allow roasters to spend time with the coffees, compare structure and behaviour in the cup, and draw their own conclusions through side-by-side evaluation.

Coffees from partner estates and producer groups — including Black Baza, Riverside Estates, Sandalkad Estate, Karadigod Estate, and Victory Java (Araku Valley) — were presented as part of the table, representing a range of growing contexts and processing logics within Indian coffee.

The cupping formed part of India Coffee Company’s ongoing work around origin clarity, sourcing context, and practical engagement between producers and roasters.
